Welcome to Magnolia Affairs! Founded by Karina Crockett, we specialize in creating unforgettable weddings on the stunning island of Nantucket. After transitioning from non-profit event planning she started wedding planning in South Carolina's beautiful low country. After her husband's dream job brought them to Nantucket, Karina fell in love with the charm of the island, where we've been crafting memorable celebrations since 2019. Meet Karina, a wedding planner originally from New Hampshire, with experience in crafting unforgettable weddings across South, New Hampshire, Georgia, Maine, and Massachusetts. a degree in Communications and a specialization in business management and special events from Rivier University, she began her journey organizing fundraising events for non-profit organizations. After helping countless friends and family plan weddings, Karina settled in Hilton Head to pursue her full-time before moving to Nantucket. Her background in catering and venue management allows her to create personalized, seamless wedding experiences that bring couples' visions to life. When she's not busy planning, you can find her the beautiful coastline, often by boat or driving out to Great Point.

We welcomed baby Zoey to our family in June 2024. She is a Nantucket island baby loving the water and the waves, downtown and already loves hanging out at Cisco.
