Hiring Karina for our wedding was absolutely the best decision we made. She was lovely and fun from our very first meeting, and made us feel relaxed and supported throughout the entire planning process. I honestly cannot imagine how we could have pulled off what we did without her. We were planning a wedding in Hilton Head from overseas (my partner and I live in Sydney, Australia) and she was flexible in coordinating online meetings and figuring out ways for us to meet with vendors when we were back in the US for short amounts of time. She gave us just the right amount of options for every decision, keeping us on track and focused on the right things at the right times. She also knew the perfect vendors for us and was so well connected on Hilton Head. All of this meant that we got to focus on the 'fun stuff', which she guided us through with as much or as little direction as we needed. This included helping us to figure out our design vision, which was fuzzy at the start to say the least. Her guidance in what would work well together, what we would need or not need, etc. meant that we knew that everything would come together even if we were not design experts ourselves. She is clearly extremely experienced in what she does, and did an exceptional job at helping us to create a wedding that felt fully like us. She even helped create some little 'surprises' for us at the wedding, like a hidden mickey on our cake, after us telling her about how we like Disney. On the weekend of the wedding, she reassured us she had everything under control, which meant that we could just enjoy all the different events and seeing family and friends again. Everything ran so smoothly, she ensured we were in the right place at the right times, and everyone in the wedding party raved about her afterwards. We are SO grateful to have had Karina with us throughout the process. She made it fun and relieved so much of our stress. When I started planning my wedding, I did not want to get a planner, but I'm so happy we did and so happy we chose Karina and Magnolia Affairs! We had chosen the majority of our vendors already, but Karina offered fabulous suggestions for the rest. We didn't have a specific vision for our Lowcountry wedding, so we told Karina what colors we liked and let her do the rest! In addition to creating a beautiful backdrop for our special day, Karina was essential in making the day run smoothly. From reassuring my mom that it wouldn't rain to making sure our flameless candles had batteries just hours before the reception, she took care of everything. Throughout the planning process, Karina worked with our busy schedule and made time to videochat with us since we live in Florida. We are so grateful for Karina and her team for helping us plan a beautiful wedding ceremony and throw a party we'll always remember.

Karina and Magnolia Affairs are absolutely awesome. I really don’t know where I would have been without Karina and her crew. My now husband and I are from coastal Virginia, but live in Nantucket Massachusetts. We decided to have our wedding on Nantucket. Planning a wedding anywhere is difficult but 30 miles out to sea there can be some challenges. Karina came into our lives and completely took charge and made wedding planning on Nantucket look seamless. She was in constant communication with our photographers and vendors. The day of the wedding she was at the venue bright and early. She knew exactly what we wanted, and made my vision even more beautiful than I could have imagined! If you’re considering hiring Magnolia Affairs for your wedding let me save you the time and stress in deciding... Do it! Working with Karina was hands down the best decision we made in our entire wedding planning process. From the first messages we exchanged, we knew she understood our vision and had the experience and expertise to help us achieve it. Her professionalism and patience was evident every step of the way, from her communication with all our vendors to her organization leading up to and on our day. She gave us such great ideas to build upon ours and we looked forward to every planning call we had with her. Whenever we faced bumps along the way, she already had an alternative solution ready to go. Just her presence during our venue visit, tasting and the day of was calming and set our minds at ease. We cannot recommend Karina enough—and we’re so glad my sister and her fiancé will also be working with her for their wedding, as well!

If you're not sure if you "need" a wedding planner/ day of coordinator... let me tell you, you do! Karina made planning (our second wedding) a breeze. She brought our vision to life and took care of all the day of "things". Not only did she make our wedding day a dream, but she helped organize the most perfect rehearsal dinner. I'm really not sure what I would have done without her. She's seriously the greatest, ever.

Our wedding was 8/3/19 at Dataw Island, and hiring Karina as our month-of coordinator was not just a purchase but an investment! My parents and I agree that the decision to use Magnolia Affairs was the best vendor choice of our entire wedding. Leading up to the wedding, Karina was there to answer any etiquette questions and logistical questions that I had during planning. Then, Karina took care of everything on the day-of, allowing me and my family to relax and enjoy the day without worries of anything happening. During the wedding and reception, she kept everything running smoothly and was available for any request or question that I had to ensure a wonderful and memorable evening. She took care of me and my groom, getting our drinks and hunting down my favorite flavor of cake. My parents even raved about her actions after the wedding, packing all the decor up and loading it into cars herself. I cannot recommend Karina enough as a wedding planner if you want peace of mind and to feel truly taken care of! Thank you so much, Karina!

 Karina is absolutely fantastic! . From our very first meeting Karina put us at ease and assured us that we were a priority to her. Her warm and welcoming demeanor made her so fun to work with. Communication was a breeze with Karina. Depending on what we needed to accomplish we were able to have a quick phone call or facetime meeting and she responded via text/email so quickly. On top of being super organized, Karina came ready to share ideas to help enhance our day. The last month before our event Karina was invaluable. We were married in August 2017 in Hilton Head, SC. Karina was our wedding coordinator and she was simply amazing! She was there for us throughout the entire planning process; communications were through email, text or calls and were always returned immediately or within only a few hours. This was especially important since it was a destination wedding and we relied on her suggestions and expertise to make many decisions . She made our wedding day experience so pleasant and stress free!! She decorated everything so beautifully even adding some extra touches of her own, and she made sure that every last detail was taken care of so that the day went by smoothly. She was always there making sure we had everything we needed. She seemed to be everywhere all at once, whether it was making sure we had all the food and drinks we wanted, our parents had drinks or whatever they needed, assisting my sister-in-law carry the stroller down the stairs to help walk her son, to helping the photographer capture the pictures she wanted and many other tasks to make the day go as planned. We did not know how she did it ALL! She even made sure we had appetizers and cupcakes saved in the bridal suite so we did not miss out. We cannot say enough about her, she is amazing! Without hesitation, we would recommend Karina as an excellent wedding coordinator/event planner. Book her now if you are beginning to plan a wedding you will not be disappointed!!

We had our daughters wedding in HH over the weekend. We are from out of state and struggled to select vendors.  I hired Karina Crockett to coordinate the reception. 
Words can not describe how well she did with every single aspect. Karina went beyond the call of duty to ensure the event was perfect and as little stress as possible. I wish I had hired her to coordinate the entire wedding. She oversaw all vendors drop off, during and after the reception and cleaned up everything and I did nothing!! That was wonderful and I’m so thankful for their hard work. She even found an affordable lighting person and last minute microphone and that made a huge difference in the success of the reception. 
I highly recommend her to everyone!!!! Karina is a rockstar and without a doubt worth every penny she was paid. 
Five stars isn’t enough. She went beyond that!

5 Stars- My husband and I got married last September in Hilton Head, and Karina coordinated our wedding. From start to finish, she was organized and on top of things, and put us both at ease in regards to planning our wedding from afar. She provided us with a large selection of highly reputable vendors in Hilton Head and we went solely on her recommendations for many of the vendors we used for our wedding- we could not have been more pleased!! She was very flexible and accommodating when we made changes to things like reception layout, menu, linens, etc. She was very gracious to work with an out of town florist (who my husband and I had worked with previously) and everything turned out beautifully. We made several trips to Hilton Head before the wedding, and Karina met with us each time- She was very thorough and made sure all our questions were answered and every small detail taken care of before we left. The wedding day itself could not have run more smoothly and was absolutely perfect- she made sure the day was absolutely flawless, and it is a day we will remember forever. We heard nothing but amazing feedback from our guests about how well put together our wedding was, and we cannot recommend Karina enough for coordinating your Hilton Head wedding!!
